| Wood
Core Type 5 available from 22mm to 38mm thick to suit specific loading requirements. Manufactured from high density particleboard with steel
backing sheet top and bottom with a synthetic edge band. Available to meet both PSA and BS
EN Standards. Our most preferred panel for the UK market, usage's range from general
office accommodation to heavy grade computer rooms depending on panel thickness chosen.
Panel design ensures no de-lamination of steel top sheet, with a clean chamfered edge and
synthetic trim, achieves as standard a good air seal for Plenum applications. |

| Wood
Core or Mineral Type 2 specialist range designed for Switch/Control rooms available in 36 or 38mm. The benefits offered by it's design allow the under structure to
be installed at 1200mm x 600mm spacing by installing a reinforced steel frame beneath the
panels, due to less pedestals this frees up the void area for greater flexibility. |

Steel Type 3 of all steel construction available in one thickness 33mm. Constructed from high quality steel tube and plate then painted with a conductive powder coating guarantees protection against corrosion. This system, due to it's high tensile strength, is suited to areas that require high load bearing capacities and where security against fracture is critical. We also offer our type 3 clean floor which has been developed for the
Electronic, Pharmaceutical and Clean Room applications.. |

| Anhydrite Type 4 non-combustible synthetic sulphate mineral poured into a steel pan. This
system is generally used for the overseas market where high humidity levels exists. It has
particularly good fire protection properties, sound protection and thermal properties. |

Core Type 6 available from 15mm to 36mm thick to suit specific loading requirements. Manufactured from fibre reinforced Calcium Sulphate, it
benefits from being available in 11 thicknesses, is very stable to changes in humidity or
temperature, making it particularly suitable for the bonding of specialist finishes such
as timber or stone.. |

| Pedestals We manufacture our own pedestals using the latest welding and tooling machinery. Pedestals are of all steel construction, galvanised as passivated for added strength and anti-corrosion performance. Pedestals come with an electrically conductive sound dampening plastic gasket to truly locate the panel. We have in our
range five different types of pedestal tube sizes depending on floor height required, and
can cater for voids from 30mm up to 2300mm. |
